What kinds of property do you buy?

Houses in any condition and vacant land. Many of the houses we buy, we renovate and resell ourselves. If you are not sure whether your property is a fit, call us - it costs nothing to ask.

What areas do you buy in?

North Jersey - Essex, Passaic, Bergen, Hudson, Morris and Union counties. We are based in Bloomfield.

Do I need to fix up or clean out the house first?

No. We buy as-is. You do not need to repair, paint, clean or stage anything, and furniture or belongings you do not want can stay.

Are there any fees?

No. The offer is free, there is no charge for us to look at the property, there is no agent commission, and you are under no obligation to accept.

How quickly can you close?

Quickly. Because we pay cash, we are not waiting on a lender's approval or appraisal, so we can close as soon as the title work is done. If you need more time, that is fine - you pick the date.

I still owe money on the house. Can I still sell to you?

Yes. Selling a house with a mortgage on it is normal. The loan is paid off from the sale proceeds at closing through the title company, just like in any other sale.

Do I have to accept your offer?

No. The offer is yours to accept, negotiate or turn down. Nothing is signed until you decide to sign it, and saying no costs you nothing.

Do I have to agree to text messages to contact you?

No. The text message checkboxes on our contact form are completely optional, and the form sends whether you tick them or not. You can also just call or email us.
